The REMCO 7.0 GPM Professional Grade SmoothFlo FatBoy Sprayer Pump is the highest performing 12-volt sprayer pump on the market. With a pressure setting of 100 PSI and its heavy-duty pressure switch, this pump is built specifically for the cleaning industry. This sprayer pump is made in the USA and engineered with professional grade components able to withstand long duty cycles. REMCO's signature sealed electric motor with industry leading 12 AWG wire leads protects this sprayer pump from elements and keeps your pump running in the most extreme environments.

Remco, not what they used to be.

We have gone through 4 of these pumps in under one month. Almost always related to the defective pressure switch. We have them installed with proper ga wire, proper constant voltage and even perform voltage drop tests on all our 12v pumps to ensure proper installation. 3/4 of these new pumps did not last a day. We also properly set pressure setting and do not cycle or have rapid on/off trigger pulls. Remco has clear manufacturing issues and will not fix their products. I’ve been in the spraying industry over a decade and these pumps have gone downhill. We installed a $70 vevor pump in place of a failed remco and it has almost 1000 hours so far zero issues.
How does a $70 pump outlet for a $400 remco pump 1000-1? They need to stop using cheap parts!

We appreciate your feedback, however its highly recommend that you contact us directly to resolve these issues. Having 4 units stop working in less than a month is unheard of. Based on our more than 3 decades of pump manufacturing experience, this sounds like a classic sizing or installation issue. That opening price point competitor doesn't make a pump with the flow or pressure capabilities of our Smooth-Flo Fatboy. So based on that fact alone your system isn't sized properly for a Fatboy, clearly, and putting a lower flow pump in to your system would solve the issue. We could have determined this with over the phone troubleshooting, where we have a live person answering M-F 8am-4:30pm, and recommend you step down to our 5.3 GPM Smooth-Flo, probably would have even replaced it for you.
