Q: Would this work in the winter at an apres ski tailgate? Saw someone using your 30,000 btu propane Top Tank heater at last ski trip. Gentleman mentioned that wind was a factor. Guessing it could be for this 360 degree unit...?

- A: This item did not come up on our web site. It is on clearance and will be discontinued. We have not tested it in “winds” other than normal conditions. We can only suggest that it be used in accordance with manufacturers guidelines published in the owner’s manual.5 years agoHelpful?

- A: this heater will burn about 1 gallon of fuel every 2.29 hours (or 0.44 gallons per hour). These heaters are made for well ventilated constructions sites. The manual breaks down exactly how much ventilation is needed.5 years agoHelpful?
Q: Why does it not stay lit, even after holding the plunger for over a minute? 2 things that come to mind are a defective tip over switch or a bad thermocoupler. Anybody had any luck fixing this? My TS store is about 2 hours away.

- A: For the tilt switch, is it open? Correct the alignment of the unit to ensure it is vertical. For the thermocouple, check that the wiring connections are properly engaged.5 years agoHelpful?

Excellent little heater

Very happy with this purchase. Assembly is simple, with 2 Phillips screws to attach tank clamp to heater. Very light weight. No tools required to attach/detach from tank. Throws a lot of heat. Increased my 2bay moderately insulated garage at least 15-20 degrees within an hour. Only drawback being the requirement of matches or a lighter to ignite.

The item worked well the first winter. When I tried to light it this winter it would not stay lit. It seems that something is wrong with the safety switch. Warrany was only good for one year.

Doesn’t ignite, no answer from phone support

My jobsite heater will not stay lit. The only manual I could find on their website is in French. Called support and stayed on hold for 16 minutes before giving up. This heater is probably going into the trash.

Little red button never works the same twice in a row and doesn’t work at all now

When you light this thing it has a red button to hold in for 30 seconds after it lights. But very seldom, does it ever stay lit when you let the red button out. Now after hundreds of times, it won’t stay lit at all.

I bought this 2+ years ago never had it light. I had gotten it in case of an emergency thank god I didn't have on. This is junk it wont stay light.
