You must pull this out to activate the power connection 2.Turn the power switch on: Locate the internal or external power switch and ensure it is flipped to the "ON" position 3.Charge in direct sunlight: Allow the solar panel to charge under direct, unshaded sunlight for 2 to 3 full days with the switch turned off or on before expecting full operation 4.Check battery orientation: Open the battery housing and confirm the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals match the alignment markings insidea day agoHelpful?
