The fryer could not be used to fry our Thanksgiving turkey because the regulator leaked and could not be tightened.

Great fryer, but arrived damaged.

The fryer worked as designed, and handled a 26.5 lb bird with only 4 gallons of oil. It did arrive with a decent dent in the pot, but I didn't have time for a return or exchange.

Drain spout is a must!

I chose this unit because it has everything I need...It's actually a Christmas gift, so we haven't used it yet but I got this because of the size - this is 36 qt! It has a spout too! how many times have you tried to move lukewarm frying oil into a vessel to save for next time! It can be pretty tricky.
I'm excited to try this out...
