I would have given the fryer 5 stars, except the store would have charged an extra $25 to assemble the fryer. I do not agree with this because this should have been a part of the purchase

We purchased 5 of these Fish Fryers, and promptly used to cook fish for a fundraiser. The fryers heated quickly and that helped the fish to cook fast, and it was crispy! This was a great value and I would recommend the Red Mountain Valley Fish Fryer.
