Burned my Dogs Neck

I have only had this product for about 3 weeks, it isn’t the best but it has done its job, until today.
My dog is pretty sensitive so I tried the shock function and it was too much for him so since then I have only used it on the sound and vibrate mode. However this morning while getting ready to leave the house my dog started crying, clawing at his face/neck, and thrashing on the ground uncontrollably. I immediately pulled the collar off and he stopped. He has a bloody burn on his neck as well as burnt hair surrounding the area. After washing him up and medicating the area I went back and picked the collar back up and pressed my hand to it, it was STILL SHOCKING.
I promptly turned it off and threw it straight in the trash. I only use it when we go out on walks as my dog likes to bark at people. It was never on longer than an hour. I can only imagine if this happened to someone who leaves it on while they are not home. Just take this as a warning when considering this collar.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Can not give a review for the collar as I never received it. Apparently TSC has not reviewed by notes to customer service. Short of it is the collars were never delivered despite FedEx claims that they were delivered. See above notes entered in the TSC customer service site.

I was excited about this collar but it did not work like it should have. Kept slipping out of place even when tightened. And did not do right when the dog barked.
