Same issue as everyone else
Bought this, again, only because I was desperate. Many years ago I stumbled on this and bought it for a snowblower. It still shows some curls in it. It never relaxed. Here I am buying the. 25" version for a torpedo heater. Used a blow dryer in attempt to soften. Nope.
At the very least, you can see fuel flow to prove pump is working.

Raider Transparent Fuel line
On the whole, I am satisfied with this fuel line. It fits very tightly, and that is both a benefit and a liability. I had to soak it in very hot water (just short of boiling) to soften it sufficiently to fit over the connection nipples at the fuel tank and the fuel filter, but it does not leak and its transparency is nice to have in order to see that fuel is flowing. The clips at the tank and filter are also too large to fit this line, as they were made to fit a standard braided fabric and rubber fuel line. As long as this line continues to stay tightly attached without leaking, their absence is not an issue.
Yes, I recommend this product.
