Great product for the price piint

Needed to upgrade to a 48 volt cart because our campground has a large hill that our 36 volt even with new batteries struggled with. After doing some research I Was hesitant to buy a golf cart from a box store  Saw some negative reviews. After watching a review video from Joe the farmer on you tube and the cart going on sale for a $1000 off  I decided to give it a try. Glad I did it. The cart is amazing. Independent suspension, 4 wheel disc brakes, auto parking brake. Brush bar, street legal lighting(for states where it’s allowed)  Much more. A little stiff off road but that was just a shock adjustment and pressuring the tires down a little. Thing took the hill at the campground at 30 mph. Only issue I had from the reviews I read was the steering wheel wasn’t aligned which I fixed. (YouTube video) overall the cart is a great value for the money. Fast and rugged. Definitely loving it!!!

Poor quality

Lights are pointing so up so high that it shines in people faces had a shop to adjust right one but left wouldn’t. File a warranty claim on it they said call a shop 45 minutes away from me to have them fix it call he said he would have to have it for three to four weeks depending on the available of parts said he was over run with repair on them and getting parts was slow. The one good thing is my Tractor Supply said they would help me anyway they could if that meant bringing it back. TSC is a A plus in my book wish Racka was more like them

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good value.

I've had the cart for a year. Haven't used it much (32 miles on it). Suspension is VERY stiff, but it rides smoothly on paved surfaces. Charging is very easy and quick. Speed is adequate. I store it in my garage over winter as the battery cannot be exposed to temps below -20C (-4F). (Northern climate.) It did have a nasty squeak at the rear/passenger side roof, but I loosened bolts and placed a piece of foam in, then tightened the bolts again. My biggest beef would be getting into the rear storage. I have to fight the locking mechanism every time. Very hard to open. Also the plastic hinges tend to fall apart easily. Too bad. Other that that, a very good cart. Got it on sale, so it was a good value. Transports easily on an 8 ft trailer IF I take the rear step area off. Easily done. I'm pleased. Let's see how it holds up over time.

Buyer Beware

Total garbage. I bought this in March and now, in May, I’m having battery issues with only 58 miles driven. I charged it to 100% a few days ago and today, it’s at 28% without driving it an inch. Charged it again to 100% and a few hours later it went down to 0% without driving it. Dependability is a zero and there’s obviously no quality control measures implemented in their manufacturing. What company can succeed when product issues arise at 58 miles? Now, I have to get it repaired, which is under warranty, but I will incur several hundred dollars in personal cost to have it transported to a certified repair shop. It could cost me between $300-$500 to have it towed. I don’t own a trailer and the warranty doesn’t include transportation. Tractor Supply is known for selling quality items and this is missing the mark on so many levels. I’m surprised TSC is still partnering with Racka because they are making them look bad. This is an inferior product and a true example of you get what you pay for.

No, I do not recommend this product.
