Nice cart, but issues Nice cart but issues

Very nice golf cart, but my concerns at purchase continue. The running boards were in a shipping mode and required lowering. TSC did not do this prior to shipment to me. To lower the running boards to the proper step in level required the loosing of eight bolts on my hands and knees and then tightening them. It took a week for my back to recover. No owners manual. The online owners manuals are inadequate. I learned how to do this by finding a u tube with instructions. The steering wheel is very stiff. Apparently grease fiitings should have been greased and were not. Once again, u tube helps but the location of all the grease fittings remain unknown. Three in the front, including the steering wheel seem to help. Sales at TSC were very nice but uniformed. They did not know where local service could be done, nor the warranty was for 2 years not 1 year. Not fully charged when we received, it required a recharging within two days, for a drain somewhere. We are watching for any other issues. Once again a very substantial cart with nice features, but the jury is still deliberating.

We have a Racka 4 Facing Forward and love it. For the price you are getting your money’s worth and then some. Very comfortable and roomy.
