Q: We were told grain is not a good ingredient for adult cats... what is you opinion. We normally buy "grain free" cat food.

  • A: We have included the manufacturer's response below: Thanks for asking! Cats need to eat protein. Unlike people and dogs, protein is the main energy source in cats’ diets. But that doesn’t mean cats can’t eat grains, vegetables, and fruits. The purpose of grain is to deliver essential nutrients to your pet. Grains help with immune system, skin and coat, and energy. Cats can and enjoy eating all of these foods.
