The 115V/120V AC Plug-In Transfer Pump is a practical solution for light-duty clean-water transfer jobs around the home, barn, garage, garden, RV, or workshop. Got hot and turned off after 10 minutes

And it di still work and came back on, and I am glad it will shut off when too hot, I just did not expect a new pump to do that. Maybe with a little more use the impeller will loosen and not be so hard and tight to drive. The impeller is clearly tight. And this is California, so it was probably at least 85 F degrees ambient temp at the time
