The Segal SE 27590 Entry Door Lockset is designed for use on exterior entry doors, so you can enjoy the beauty of yesterday's vintage hardware with the strength of modern-day security hardware. The set includes a night latch for added security. The left-handed exterior lockset can be used on entry doors of 1-3/8 inch to 1-3/4 inch thick to match interior vintage style hardware. The doorknobs of this lock set are constructed of diecast and reinforced steel components with a solid brass interior trim plate. The lock is finished with a beautiful satin nickel finish. This mortise door lock has a 2-1/2 inch backset, 1-1/16 inch x 7-5/8 inch faceplate, 9/16 inch latch projection, 1 inch deadbolt projection, and has 2-1/4 inch in diameter knobs.
