Are you having trouble sliding your screen door open or closed? Have you checked your rollers/roller assemblies? Don't replace the entire door. For a fraction of the cost of a new door, replace those worn-out rollers. This sliding screen door corner roller assembly is constructed of stamped steel and it includes a steel ball bearing roller attached to one end. The roller features a concave (grooved edge), and it is fully adjustable. This corner assembly is used by Metal Industries patio door manufacturer, and a variety of others. It measures 1 Inch in diameter and it is 9/32 Inch thick. The corner fits into the sliding screen door frame and holds the horizontal rails together with the vertical side stiles.
