Heavy-Duty Circular Saw (SKU: 1099726) online, one with shipping to my home and the other for in-store pickup at the Westminster store. Unfortunately, both orders were canceled prior to shipping, leaving me frustrated and confused. Order Details: Order Number 2437704451 - March 26, 2026 Order Number 2437668407 - March 25, 2026 Price: $54.99 each Status: Canceled If this product is no longer available, I fail to understand why customers can still place orders online. Both of these cancellations have caused a significant inconvenience, and I’m left without any clear communication or solution. I also find it frustrating that I had to check the status of my orders only to find they had been canceled without prior notice or a heads-up from Tractor Supply. If items are out of stock or discontinued, the website should prevent customers from purchasing them, rather than taking their orders and then canceling them without explanation. I would appreciate clarification on why these cancellations happened and how Tractor Supply plans to address this issue to prevent future frustrations. Customer Service: I’ve been advised to contact Customer Solutions at 877-718-6750, but I’m already disappointed with the lack of communication or proactive updates. If Tractor Supply is unable to fulfill online orders for products, I would prefer if this was clearly communicated upfront.

I have many Porter Cable power tools that I have purchased over the years. They all still work well and are very durable. I have only used this saw for a few cuts but it works great and I predict it will last a long time.
