This pump works wonderfully well. It is lightweight and completely solvent resistent. Just what I needed. There is one huge design problem. What in the world is that drum adaptor all about. The threaded collar that is,I guess,supposed to secure the pump down on the drum has these very strange,very course threads.What type of storage drum would they ever fit.The only liquid storage drums I have ever known are always outfitted with a standard pipe thread tapping in the bung and the smaller relief hole. I cannot figure out why the manufacturer would make a collar like that one which cannot work in a storage drum. Atleast no storage drum that I know of. Can someone explain their choice of course threads to me ?

Pump was delivered without a handle to operate the pump. Can't rate what doesn't function.
