I bought this product a couple of months ago, my dogs were refusing to drink out of any water bowl. I bought this and I love the fact that it's moving water filtration, there's no corrosion on it. In the circulation is great super quiet! Highly recommend this product!

Do not run plastic parts through dishwasher.

The fountain is great, but the instructions say that the plastic filter housing is dishwasher safe. You fail to mention that it shouldn't go through the dry cycle. Now the plastic filter housing is warped and won't seal closed properly so now the fountain won't fountain. I've never had Tupperware or any other plastic warp in my dishwasher until now.
Yes, I recommend this product.

It's a really nice fountain however it's too loud. I have to unplug it at night and some part of the morning.
