Would not purchase

My wife and I bought this 2 weeks ago for our 2 cats. Unfortunately, it has been getting stuck at the tray and does not reset, maybe there is litter jammed in the internal workings? I don’t know, I just know that it isn’t working. Would not recommend.

I bought this litter box in November. I have 3 cats. Not only does the box scooper not scoop the correctly, but the lid for the litter is already broken. I’m really disappointed. I was so happy to finally get a self cleaning box, but now I’m in the same spot I was prior to purchasing this. The sensor doesn’t work correctly so my cats come out with poop on their feet and the order follows them. Don’t waste your money.

Horrible!

I bought this February 2025 it is now 12/5/2025 and it has had multiple problems since I’ve had it! The rake stops and will not continue and I’ve had to take it apart multiple times. I’ve called for support no one ever calls back! I have to clean more for the lack of it not working properly. It doesn’t matter what litter or how many times I’ve cleaned it, it squeals and the rake stops. Do not recommend wasting money on this!
