[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So pumped to get to try this scoop free litter box, as I was looking to purchase one for my daughter's room. It looks so much better than a standard covered box and helps to keep the room smelling fresh. One step in the assembly had me super frustrated but it was my fault and after figuring out what I did wrong, it was fine. App setup was easy and works well. The cleaning works well, just be sure to have enough litter in the bin, otherwise it won't clean properly. Every so often I have to scoop something that is stuck, but its usually only if I let the litter get too low. We rescued two kittens and although they were a little apprehensive to enter and use it, they now use it without a problem. One still is scared when it starts the cleaning cycle, but doesn't keep her from using it. The bin holds a lot of waste and we haven't had any issue with smell at all. The scent disk works great. I only have to empty it every 2 weeks or so. Recommend keeping the cats current litter box next to it for a while until its used to it so you don't end up with any accidents. My daughter's kitten sleeps with her and we have this in her room and never experience odors. Nicely designed, works well, and not so ugly to look at if its in your living space where its visible. If you have a large cat, it may be a little on the small side. Our 2 adult cats look massive in it, but our 8 month old kittens fit well. Zero issues after 3 months of use. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this thing. Great game changer. However, my only issue is the add litter button. Boy does that drive me insane. At first it worked but now it never does and I have to constantly unplug it just to add the litter. I also don’t think you can set the timer for less than 7 minutes which I have tried and it just automatically changes back to 7. I also wish there was an easier way to put the litter in the box because whenever I do I get litter everywhere and now tilt it back against the wall to put litter in. Pain in the butt. Other than that I love it.

Bought two months ago. Will not stay connected to wifi. We are in the 21st century. Should be able to connect to a 5g network. Not a 2.4g network. Just saying get with the century. We have a new product that is supposed to provide convenience but only works on 2.4g network.

Purchased less than a year ago, maybe 8 months and at first it was nice but the first time I had to disassemble to clean the issues became obvious, there was so much litter and urine that managed to get under the rubber mat after about a week (this was the smell that prompted me to disassemble and clean). and litter has kept getting caked to the sides of the sphere, any litter that is sifted most of it winds up in the gear/tracks that the box sit in to rotate. I purchased this hoping to not have to clean a litter box as frequently but have found myself cleaning it just as often and now it takes me 3 times as long because I have to disassemble and reassemble if I don't want litter sitting in all the nooks, crannies, screw holes, and underneath the rubber/magnet. It wouldn't be so bad if this rubber mat that is prone to damage was a replaceable part.
