[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this and it does a good job of cleaning pet waste. Much more sanitary than scooping and limits the mess and frequency of having to empty the litter.

Crystal Plus is NOT the Call

I had one of the old ones and it was amazing. This new crystal plus model is trash. Jams all the time. Hardly get a week of use out of tray when I used to get 10 days.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Difficult to maintain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to receive this !! I have 2 cats and love this litter box so far it’s been very durable it came in clutch for me especially for 2 cats , it’s so easy to keep up with the maintence , and there isn’t much odor honestly if your cleaning daily even if the machines cleans it ,it’s also not so loud during the cleaning cycle !
