ordered Petmate jumbo basic HOODED cat litter pan online and to be picked up at Tractor Supply in Ruston, La. Daughter went to pick up item, there's no hood, just pan. very misleading add

Cheaply made!!

Very cheaply made. Just bought this box yesterday afternoon. When I tried to clean it today the flapper door broke off. The plastic piece snapped and the door can’t be put back on. So now I have a new litter box without the door.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Cheaply made

Bought this box yesterday afternoon . I just went to clean it today and the flap door broke off and the plastic snapped. Now i have a brand new litter box without the flap door. Very disappointing since i have only owned it for one day!!! Do not recommend since the quality isn’t there.
