Featuring a bottle, cap and a variety of nipple styles, this pet nursing kit helps to promote natural feeding of liquids and milk replacements. Use with many different types of animals, from puppies and kittens to ferrets, squirrels and other pets. The durable, flexible silicon construction of this nursing kit for pets will hold up through use after use, and is durable enough to be sanitized with boiling water. PROMOTES NATURAL FEEDING - Our flexible, latex-free nipples simulate the milking action of a mother's nipple, which develops facial muscles and stimulates the normal flow of saliva. Bottle feeding also allows the animal to refuse formula when full. EASY TO USE - Marked with gradations, the included bottle makes monitoring food intake easier and helps prevent over or under feeding. DIRECTIONS FOR FEEDING: Before use, make a hole in the nipple using one of the following methods: Cross cut nipple with a razor blade. Using a strong needle or cuticle scissors, enter and exit the tip of the nipple as though you were making a very small stitch or snip, pull the needle out removing a small piece of the nipple. Check flow with water. A steady drip or thin stream should be achieved when a slight pressure is applied to the nipple.
If one or more of the animals is ill, then use a different bottle or feed ill animal last.Wash bottle, cap and nipple with hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly after each feeding session.
