This OEM- specified and low-strength Permatex Thread Lock is designed for fasteners under 1/4 (6mm) that require occasional adjustment. Removable with hand tools for an easy disassembly, this non-corrosive thread lock conforms to ASTM D 5363 AN0311 (Mil-S-46163A, Type II, Grade M).

- Suggested automobile applications include: carburetors, relay locks, headlamps, throttle body assembly, choke assembly and fuel injection set screws, body panel mounting fasteners, and fine threads
- Suggested motorcycle applications include: all small diameter (under 1/4) exterior bolts
- Conforms to ASTM D 5363 AN0311 (Mil-S-46163A, Type II, Grade M) for assurance
- The automobile thread lock is also OEM specified for peace of mind

- Directions: Clean and dry parts using Permatex Surface Prep activator. Shake the tube of threadlocker well before each use, remove cap, and snip nozzle tip. Apply threadlocker to threaded areas and assemble parts.
- Works on metal parts and is not recommended for plastics

great for small fasteners

This is a bit hard to find, even on the Permatex website but really useful for small screws that you want to stay put. I ordered this on-line from Tractor Supply and had it delivered to the store. I didn't get a delivery notification but I knew it was delivered when I get the email asking me to rate the product. That's probably not how it should work
