Q: What is snowload capacity of these panels?

  • A: Hi Steve64, According to the vendor: Snow load of the panels depends up on the framing of the supporting structure. These panels are installed using aluminum profile kits (sold separately ) When the profiles are installed on 24 inch on center rafters the snow load is 40 PSF. If the aluminum profiles are installed across supporting purlins the snow load ranges from 25 psf on 48 inch centers to 74 psf on 24 inch centers. This information including additional ratings based on spacing can be found on page 6 of the installation guide.
