Refills for Mosquito Defense

These refills are easy to swap out with the old ones. They work great and I’m thrilled with the way my mosquito population has been decimated. It takes a minute for it to start working but it works well so I have no complaints. They’re small and easy to dispose of. Very impressed with the whole system.

Great for summer

Works great. Takes a while for the mosquitos to disappear but I’d recommend putting it out early in the season before you’re outside a lot just to get a jump start. The refills are easy to use and I’ve seen a huge drop in the mosquitos around our front porch area. Now I can sit on my porch and enjoy a book with no little biting menaces. Love it.

Need to be patient but it lasts a while

I’m very glad this came with the refill. This was easy to install and the instructions were very straightforward. I’ve had it in for 2-3 weeks and believe it’s still good. In terms of effectiveness it seems to have reduced the mosquitos a little but I’m waiting for a more drastic drop.

Have to be patient but works decently well

This product was pretty easy to set up, I had it set up for 2-3 weeks roughly now and although I see less mosquitos I’m still dealing with a lot so I’m not sure it’s working that great yet. It could possibly need a little more time. Great packaging and very portable. I do appreciate that it came with a refill.

To achieve the best results, To confirm the station is working, check for larvae in the water; while they may be alive initially, they will die before reaching adulthood. Because contaminated females fly away after laying eggs, you will not find dead adults in the station, though they typically die within nine days. You should see a notable reduction in the mosquito population within 2–3 weeks. The population will remain low across the 4,300 sq. ft. protection zone as long as the refill band is replaced monthly per label directions. Please note that overall results depend on the local mosquito population and the availability of alternative breeding sites.
