This 2-Line Speed-Feed 4-1/2-inch Trimmer Head only takes 30 seconds or less to load. There is no disassembly required. Just slide line through the head until half of the amount to be added is on each side of the head, grasp the easy grip collar and wind line in. This rugged, semi-automatic head is designed for medium to heavy-duty applications and mounts to most straight shaft trimmers using 7 MM by 1.0 right hand, 8 MM by 1.25 left hand, and 10 MM by 125 left hand. Replaces: Rotary 13377; Shindaiwa 78890-21001; Stens 385-288; and more.

Oregon Trimmer Head

This trimmer head fits on the left threaded Dewalt Grass Trimmer and is better designed to reduce the amount of grass that can get inside the head. I ran it yesterday on both thin and thick grass and had issues with grass buildup but was easily able to remove the grass without taking it apart. I did have minor trouble with the string sliding back into the head, but am not yet sure why that was. I believe it was because the line got cut off and was to short.
