Q: Unit keeps shutting to OFF. Clock doesn't stay current. Been using for approx 1 months with no issue until the last 3 days. Presets go back to blank.

Q: where can I find an online video showing exactly how to program this timer? My efforts to time it have failed and I bought two of these. when it appears that I have programmed both channels, it shuts off a couple minutes after watering starts.

Limited Capability Timer

This 2-zone timer works well, if you can be there to monitor it. When I purchased it to water my new hydroseed lawn, I expected to be able to set up 3-4 specific times for it to operate and thought it also used bluetooth. This timer only allows 1 set time, so I had to return after each watering to set the next event and no bluetooth. My fault for that by not noticing the missing "XD" on the package. But I did think it would allow multiple set watering times. While it did allow intervals to be set, those did not suit my needs. I will be returning it and in the meantime, purchased the Orbit 2-zone XD with bluetooth and wifi hub instead. It was added to the Orbit XD 4-zone timer that I already had. Both work beautifully and the wifi hub is a must have, if you can't be there to program rain delays! I do wish the rain delay function was more flexible though, as it only allows 3, 6 hour and longer delays. It would be better to be able to choose your own delay time.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Will not water two zones at the same time.

This will only water one zone at a time. I programmed it to water both zones at the same time and it will only water zone 1, and when that ends, it will water zone 2, but not at the same time. I tried programming it to water both zones at the same time twice yesterday and twice today and it will not water both zones at the same time.
No, I do not recommend this product.
