Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not too bad Just looking for an economical way to hold hay. Most of it will be stored in a barn. It did flow and cut well when wrapping the bale. So far it work as good as the 120-140 twine. Caught it on sale.

How long in Ohio winter weather does it last in contact with the ground and in direct sunlight (not sure which will degrade faster)?

Asked by: kusc
The manufacturer does not have an exact time frame to provide for the longevity of the baler twine. They have advised that this does contain special UV light inhibitors which allow it to withstand intense exposure over long periods.

does this work in a square baler machine. also is there 2 rolls in that box or do i order two boxes?

Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, this will work with a square baler machine. Each box contains 20,000 ft and you will not need to order an extra box unless you would like a greater amount.

Will this twine work for the 560 Hesston baler a older baler

Asked by: Anonymous
There is no reason the twine will not work in a properly adjusted baler. Depending on what you were using previously, the 20,000-110 twine may be thinner. This requires that the components that cut the twine be adjusted, possibly to the close end of the tolerances and that the cutting components be sharp.
