Polypropylene Baler Twine is a single ply twine with 110 lb. of tensile strength. Made of polypropylene, this baling twine is UV treated, and it is rot and mildew resistant. Polypropylene twine is easy on the hands and knots easily, holds tightly, and won't become brittle.

- A: There is no reason the twine will not work in a properly adjusted baler. Depending on what you were using previously, the 20,000-110 twine may be thinner. This requires that the components that cut the twine be adjusted, possibly to the close end of the tolerances and that the cutting components be sharp.7 years agoHelpful?
Q: How long in Ohio winter weather does it last in contact with the ground and in direct sunlight (not sure which will degrade faster)?

- A: The manufacturer does not have an exact time frame to provide for the longevity of the baler twine. They have advised that this does contain special UV light inhibitors which allow it to withstand intense exposure over long periods.8 years agoHelpful?
