Pleasantly surprised

Bought this awhile ago as an inexpensive back-up. Was happy with the quality for little $. Spring assisted opening, easy adjusting, and handy safety cutter that I use all the time, and now is a must have. The rubberized texture is nice. The only features I would like to see is some texture on the top of the stainless blade holder so my hand won't easily slide off (and toward the razor point) when closing the knife, and a shorter version (w/ safety cutter) - there is a lot of extra space, probably for more comfort when holding, but can easily be an inch shorter overall.
Overall, great value! Will get more.

2 major issues

I bought this knife about 2 months ago and used it every day. I love the features such as the glass break and the blade assist. But there are 2 major issues with this knife. First the black button that you press to take the blade out is plastic with a metal screw in it that has stripped. Now you cant keep a blade in it. The second is the rubbery material that the handle is coated with is a bit cumbersome when trying to take it out of your pocket. It kept grabbing my pocket and belt clip.

Had the knife about a month . Had to lock tight the screws in twice .They still will not stay tight.Belt clip bends very easy.
