Website needs fixing for customers

VERY UNHAPPY with your website - wanting to buy a size 7 MENS - your website DOES NOT differentiate between men's and women's sizes - my search was in mens slippers so it was PRESUMED I was ordering mens - BUT when shoes arrived (had shipped to store) - was sent womens size 7 - went to store and store employee contacted "customer solutions" - took over a half hour but agent placed order - he knew we wanted a mens size 7 - when new order arrived at store AGAIN was sent womens size 7 - "receiver" at store was told by corporate to cancel the order all together and re-order choosing the OTHER SIZE 7 OPTION - your website sizes show two of each size - 7 7M / 8 8M, etc BUT it NEVER STATES mens or womens. Am waiting for the THIRD shipment to arrive and hoping it is the CORRECT size. You need to get your IT person to CORRECT your website to differentiate the sizes between mens and womens so your customers KNOW what they are purchasing.

Unfortunately, I received a Ladies, not a mens, so I had to return the moccasin. Please note, even the return receipt indicated it was a man's, but the box stated ladies. You may want to verify your SKU information to the actual product.
