Poorly constructed chair

The chair did not look like its photo. The wood is very dark vs. the lighter wood in the photo. The finish is poorly applied and is spotted in several areas with the wood being rough. Where the left arm rest meets the upright spindle, was broken and had to be glued. The parts in general were poorly aligned. Very disappointed.

2 of the 4 we ordered were defective. One leg came apart during assembly and one was broken before we took it out of the box. The two that were intact are very nice.
