Holes not drilled properly

I encountered some difficulty during assembly as the pre-drilled holes were not correctly aligned, which added quite a bit of extra time and effort to the process. Additionally, the misalignment caused the screws to not sink below the surface, resulting in an unsightly appearance. The screws had hex heads, and it would have been much easier to use Phillips or flat head screws instead. This was intended as a present needed quickly, so there wasn't time to return it or find another chair locally. Despite the issues, it will suffice for now.

No, I do not recommend this product.
