Lack of Pinion Wood

Its never in stock and your store website always says there are bags in aisle 25. Maybe if you fix the qty on the website more would be delivered? Store help consistently says call back Tuesdays but this season you haven't received any of this product and previous years it was fairly consistently stocked. Thanks for any help in resolving this.
