Flimsy Junk  always spinning around and jamming on itself and seems very cheaply made also way over priced for the quality

Works but wears out

Had these on two large (one is 10' H x 10' W, other is 10' H x 12' W) sliding barn doors since 2010. Eventually the swivel hole (not the hooking hole) elongates and the swivel pin pulls through (my predicament now in Feb., 2017) and you'll have to replace. Mine got a LOT of use, though. YMMV. Work well while they last. Haven't tried to make a warranty claim...
