The straw blanket I received has much less straw than pictured, and was also damp and moldy. I did purchase based on cost, and I got what I deserved. I would not recommend this product.

I was shopping for low price, and I guess I got what I deserved.
Not at all as pictured - much less straw in the mat I received. Also, obviously wet/moldy, so not stored properly at some point.
I would not purchase this from TSC again.

Excellent Erosion Control

This is the perfect solution to cover newly seeded lawn. Keeps my seeds moist and protects them from birds. Great coverage and very easy to install. Recommend pinning the fabric to the ground for stabilization. Excellent erosion control too. Perfect for planting on a slope!

Very disappointing

The product I received looked nothing like the picture. The straw was very sparse. The netting showed through ver clearly. It was hard to unravel and did very little to protect the soil underneath.
