Mutual Industries Collapsible Cones, are folded up. To use, Pull the middle of the cone up to create a standing cone like a normal traffic one. Under the Cone, is a button that turns a blinking light on to create visibility. The Light has 2 different options one that is blinking and one that just lights up. 18 inch cones are the smaller of the 2 sizes.
