Well idk how the shelving actually was It was Togo to the store with a week and half delivery window too long imo but 4 days past that it never arrived Manger of that store was great I will say and helped me get a refund I find it unacceptable that any store you go in no matter the name nothing is ever in stock or in stock is damaged Then ur left to order online and same it arrives damaged or not at all Why can you no longer just run yo town get what you need and go??? We bought shelves two yrs ago in the stores in perfect condition! Imagine that

After some filling in the blanks from the assembly directions, we were able to put these bad boys together. They seem very sturdy, like they will do the job well. The boxes were completely trashed, but the shelving inside was fine.

This is the second Muscle Rack shelf I have ordered from Tractor Supply and it has been a nightmare. I ordered the first shelf on Jan 17th to be delivered to my store in Virginia by Jan 28th. On Jan 28th, I discovered this shelf had been delivered to CALIFORNIA and not Virginia. When I contacted Tractor Supply, they replaced it but said this shelf wouldn’t be delivered until Feb 6th. I went ahead and took this replacement and was going to wait another 11 days to have it delivered to my store. I was surprised when it was delivered today and drove over to pick it up. When I arrived, the clerk brought it out and the box had clearly been damaged in transit by UPS. I even told the clerk this and she said if there anything damaged or missing to call the store. I should have made her open the box right there in the parking lot, but instead got it home and opened it up. Imagine my surprise when I discovered it was missing three parts and could not be assembled. It was apparent this box was damaged in transit by UPS and dropped at the store damaged and extensively taped and yet the clerk accepted delivery anyway. I talked to the Tractor Supply customer support rep this evening and she said I would need to drive it back to my store in Virginia to get a refund and order another one. This has been a horrible customer service experience.

Ordered 8 units. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Have opened 5 boxes and one of them is missing the connector packet so have shelves that are only 2 high. Also the third party delivery needed me to meet them and use my tractor to offload. So that was a pain to coordinate
