Wife’s lawnmower is working again

I went into TSC for Assistance and less than five minutes. We found what was hunting for the part was ordered and I was headed back home. In about four or five business days, the part came in, and in two minutes I had my wife’s lawnmower working again. Thanks, TSC.

Cable wrong size

I ordered a 51" replacement cable for my lawnmower and received a 37.5" cable. Obviously that will not work. I immediately requested a refund, but received no response. Pretty confused. I don't understand why you would send the wrong item if you don't have what I ordered, let alone charge me.
