Got this feeder for my chickens. The four option timmer and feed rate adjustment made this perfect for the growing flock. Had to cut bottom out of a plastic flower pot andslide up over the discharge. Without it, this feeder would throw the feed far outside the chicken run.

We used this to feed

We used this to feed our barn cats while we were on vacation. We added a couple feet of 8” hvac vent tube to the bottom so it made more of a pile than a scattering. Worked great.

Works as expected. Nice collapsable unit. Holds a lot of corn. Alfalfa pellets are too long and get stuck. Corn kernels work well. Only issue was on setting the time. I had to change the time and clock reset or shut off before I was able to set correct time.

For the money, won't complain!

Really not sure what i expected, but it holds up to almost 40 pounds of corn. I do wish it locked "better" into place at each level. I installed ours hanging from a bracket with a pulley. Makes it easier to lower to fill but keeps it high enough out of the way in the yard.
