Hardly an upgrade from the Solar Pack

Solar panel will not charge to keep my camera operating. Had to buy a battery pack to keep the camera working. Brought the Solar panel home and it will not charge on a charger. Extremely dissatisfied with the Solar panel and its connection with the Edge 3 Pro. I also have not seen any thing in the Moultri app about how much it is or isn't charging when connected to the E3P.

Ive had nothing but problems this year and this does not stay charged even when my camera is broken for 3-4 days in a row. Im so let down at this point I dont want to keep any product from you guys.

The solar panels aren’t charging in the sun. Charged them up at the house and set them out went dead even full sun all day won’t charge
