Top Heavy Bird Bath

The bird bath bowl is too heavy for the metal stand and it doesn't sit flush in the metal circle which keeps the bird bath tilted even without birds perching on it and when water is poured in it. It has a flawed design in the metal stand and the weight of the water bowl.
