    After shopping the web for cost/shipping, TSC had the best overall deal. Site was easy to use. Delivery arrived to the store earlier than noted, I got the text while at work so I picked it up on my way home from work. The team member opened the package for me, per my request, even though the box was perfect, to check contents. (Per a previous online review issue.) Product was perfect, all around a pleasurable experience. I would do it again.

    We took the tray out of the box and it cracked with the way we handled it. Didn't mess with returning it because we already pitched the tray we were replacing and needed it.

    I ordered this replacement tray online as they do not carry it in the store. I received the tray damaged. One of the corners was broken and the piece was loose in the box.
