I bought this to hold puppy pee pads because my pups tend to squat on the edge of the pad & it gets on the floor. Decided to give this rabbit tray a try & luckily it has worked. The sides are up high enough that they have to stay on the pee pad.

I ordered 6 trays. When they were delivered wrapped in thin black plastic, 5 were damaged and not useable. I was told by a very nice customer service agent to just throw them away and they would send out replacements. Which was appropriate as any one with rabbits knows a broken pan will leak all over. I asked that they NOT be shipped in just wrapped thin plastic. They replaced with four in one shipment still wrapped in thin black plastic, with 2 of the four damaged. 1 was shipped by itself and when it arrived a couple days later it was split all the way down. As per instructions of the customer service agent the first 5 were disposed of. When the replacements were sent in the same matter the 2 damaged were disposed of also. When the last one wrapped in thin black plastic, it is still here in all its broken glory. I documented pictures on both the first shipments, corresponded several time in emails asking them to ship them in a more secure manner instead of thin plastic that will not prevent damage of falling off shippers conveyer belts, and be slammed around in package cars. I received a fifteen dollar gift certificate and told they could not do anything else, that maybe I could salvage some of the broken trays. As per customer service, the damaged ones were disposed of. So all in all I have 3 usable trays, out of 6 I paid for, and a 15 dollar gift certificate that does not even cover the cost of one.
