I'm sure this is a great product however Tractor supply says it's delivered when there's no tracking number or proof of delivery. I have cameras at my house and there was no attempt to deliver anything. I've called customer service twice and stayed on hold forever both times with no answer from them. These are underhanded business practices and I will be sending a formal complaint to Florida's Attorney General. You can't charge people for a non provided service and not attempt to give resolution.

Would be nice if it came with a rope. Besides that it's a standard sled. Nothing special. Plastic isn't very heavy duty. Will see how it holds up.

Never arrived. TSC won’t reply to my emails. Want a refund.

I ordered two and picked them up at my local store. They are solid, and Tractor Supply had them priced better than the same or similar sleds on other sites. Used them on a fast hill with only a few inches of wet snow! Two kids- ages 6 and 60+ haha! Good sled. This weekend will be colder with new deeper powdery snow.
