How often is this given and what is a good month for Florida?

Asked by: nolahorserider
After the initial injection, you will need re-administer the vaccine in 3-4 weeks (if this is the first time you are vaccinating). After that the shot can be given as either an annual booster, or be given every 6 months depending on the risk. It is recommended that this shot be given in the Spring.
