Do not mistake this for rat food

This purchase was a careless mistake where I thought it was going to be similar to Rodent Breeder 6F but better value. This was my error. This is food for large birds (emu, ostrich, etc) and rats want nothing to do with it. I realize now that ratite is that group of large birds, but I think it would be a good idea to have the entry for this product include a note that this is NOT food for rats.

Now I have a 50 lb bag of food that Nobody likes... Even the chickens won't eat it.... what a waste.

My rats won’t eat it, the usually don’t have a problem with other Mazzuri products but the pellets for some reason, not one of them will touch and I have over 40 of them
