Q: Do these fan units have an integral thermostat, or do I have to wire this in?

Works fine, but motor needs better bracing

This fan works ok, but the motor needs better bracing. When the one I purchased runs, the motor shakes and causes a vibration.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Damaged

Ordered 2 fans and when picked up at Tractor Supply both were damaged. My money was refunded but Tractor Supply would not allow the use of my 10% insider coupon that I used to order the first two. When I told the manager that I wasn’t ordering more, I just wanted them replaced he told me he was too busy for me and to come back the next day.

No, I do not recommend this product.
