Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great Bought this about 6 months ago for my 2600SQ Ft warehouse. Works great on a hot Florida afternoon. Only complaint I have is that it is noisy. But, I knew it would be compared to a belt drive unit.

Should the IF24 have 3 braces or only 2 on the motor? Just installed one and getting a lot of vibration with only 2 braces. I'm concerned the sheet metal screws will eventually fail.

Asked by: Wayne251
The unit has only 2 motor braces. Unfortunately, the fan blades could be off balanced and this will cause vibrations. Please contact our Technical Department at 800-433-1626, they will be able to assist you in getting replacement blades.

I purchased this product from Tractor Supply Co. My Local Electrical inspector says this product is not dust proof and not to be used in our barn. We have installed and need paper work supporting that it meets IBC codes concerning barn use, and dust.

Asked by: Michael Roberts
Hello Micheal Roberts, our 24" exhaust fans use a totally enclosed motor which makes them suitable for most barn applications. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-433-1626 and we will be happy to provide documentation and answer any questions to support this application.
