Very Disappointing!

Less than a week after we started using this lock, it failed to open. We had carefully tested it before using it, passing it back between my wife and I to test on the selected combination, so it was not "operator error", the lock itself was somehow the problem. So was finding bolt cutters to take it off.
No, I do not recommend this product.
