I had a 2 week old Pivot lock pin fall out and cause a brand new B&W Stow and Tow hitch to come out of my receiver on the highway at speed... This could have caused a lot of damage had it hit another car let alone the damage it caused to the new B&W Hitch.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good quality product. Regardless of the manufacturer's name this is NOT a locking pin. Shame on me for not paying more attention when I ordered it. I will still use it though.
