I have been using this cooler plus the slide in battery nearly non-stop for 2 years. Outstanding cooler. Friends are envious of the cooler and can power for a week with a solar 160w panel and 160Ah solar generator. I have used alit for extra home refrigeration for keeping drinks ice cold or extending freezer capacity while plugged into AC current. I really can’t say with enough praise jyst how much I love this cooler. Love it so much I bought a second and bought a 3rd for retirement gift. Having used almost none stop for 2 years with a dozen camping trips from 3-7 days each and never having to worry about buying ice or finding ice. Amazing!! Power supply: Will need a littler stronger power supply if using the freezer with more solar and bigger panel and battery for week long trips. A deep cycle battery will power this chest on a camp trip without solar for about 3 days.

I am very pleased I chose this cooler. I had made my mind up I wanted this design for when we go camping and started doing some online research. The fridge in our travel trailer camper is very small and this will allow us to be able to keep many more things cold outside in the awning. Being able to use either side (or in fact both sides) as a freezer is a bonus. When it arrived I plugged it in to ac power and set it to 38 for one side and 32 for the other side. It cooled down in no time. I downloaded the app on my phone and was able to connect easily and control the cooler remotely. It has a light in each compartment which are bright. The handle seems strong and efficient. The doors are reversible and can be changed easily. I looking forward to the first trip with the cooler!!!!
