Rubber lid straps crack and break. Bought 3 coolers and all 6 rubber lid straps have broken. Junk cooler with no lids straps. Called and emailed customer support and replacement lid straps are not availible. Buy a Yeti or some other cooler where replacement parts including rubber lid straps are availible. It comes with a so called lifetime warranty. Good luck with that one.

Great cooler used all the time till the rubber bungee are really starting to crack and can’t find replacements before it become useless. That’s the only problem with this cooler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing blow yeti out of the water, honestly the best cooler I've ever had. Worked 3 days at a job site with 90+ degree weather and I only had to grab ice once, pretty sure this bugger is the only reason we made it through the heat. This thing is built to last, left the gate down on the truck and it fell off going 20 MPH on gravel and it didn't even get a scratch! It also comes with a separate container that rides on the inside lip to separate your grub and keep it dry and cold. Even though I bought it for work I keep sneaking it away for my trips every chance I get because it works so good and holds so much, 10/10 would buy again. my only complaint is that it doesn't have wheels but it's fine without them
